A civil engineering graduate of CU, Ron joined Fair & Square as a carpenter in 1993 and was supervising jobsites five years later. As CEO he drives sustainable, energy-efficient building across every project — a well-built home with real attention to detail is, in his view, the most sustainable thing you can build. His own house has been featured on the Steamboat Springs Green Home tour and in Homelink Magazine.
Project Manager
Gary landed in the Yampa Valley in the early 1990s and has been with Fair & Square since 1998, becoming a project manager in 2017. His insight and expertise go into homes meant to leave a legacy.
Project Manager
A Routt County local who has spent most of his life in the Yampa Valley. Zach started here as a laborer in 2002 and became a project manager in 2024 — two decades on our jobsites behind every call he makes.
