We build with Heritage Homes, one of mid-America's premier system homebuilders, using the latest home-building technology. Every home is built to our clients' brief, with high quality materials, and conforms to the most stringent codes in the nation.

01

Design and estimate

We start with our design team on a preliminary layout and cost estimate. Work from one of our standard plans or bring your own — we review it and adjust until it's the right plan for your family.

02

Plans and order

Once the design is settled, the architectural set is ordered and last changes are made. Your home is placed with Heritage Homes and typically enters their production schedule within six to eight weeks.

03

Permits and site work

While the home is being built at the factory, we submit plans to the Building Department, pull permits, and complete excavation, foundation and utilities.

04

Set and finish

Your home is delivered and set on the foundation. We complete finish work inside and out, plus any garage, deck, porch or patio. Then you move in.

Time and cost

Timelines vary, but a Heritage Home takes roughly half as long as a comparable site built house. It also costs less to build and less to own — energy efficient windows, no-maintenance windows and siding, airtight and well insulated walls and roofs, and better materials throughout.
